TCN Temple 1852 Bristol Development

This 15,000 sq. ft. building was originally the Grade II listed headquarters of the Great Western Train Company.

The amazing building had been vacant for a considerable time and required significant attention to bring it back to its former glory. As well as restoring original features including flagstone flooring and the grand staircase, TCN refurbished the common areas throughout. Nine months after the project’s completion, the building was let to over 15 businesses. In recognition of the transformation, TCN was awarded ‘Enterprise Zone Business of the Year 2013′.

As a result of the buildings derelict state and listed status complicating re-use, TCN acquired the building at a low entry price. One creative refurbish later, TCN kept the project cost-effective while still reaping high impact results.

Temple 1852, formally Bristol & Exeter House, now maintains a high running yield and rapid capital value growth.  TCN continue to manage the building, ensuring it remains the innovative engine it was conceived to be.
