Trammell worked for TCN his entire life, making a profound impact on the spirit of the company and the carpet. Trammell was an intelligent and playful Jack Russell that epitomised the reliable, sharp-eyed and slightly mischievous nature of the company. His spirit lives on.

Richard has a passion for unlocking hidden potential in buildings, people and local communities. You might catch him on a podcast or two talking about these subjects!

Toby always has the environment at heart. He challenges us to question how we are impacting on the world around us. Toby is a keen runner and is learning to play the bongos!

Rob has been in the property business for many years and there’s not much you can ask him that he won’t know the answer to. He is a classic car enthusiast, with a penchant for gaming.

Sam is the Asset Manager for the South West, so can normally be found somewhere in beautiful Somerset. He is a bit of a star when it comes to playing rugby.

Amanda is all things HR, and we think she is the best, after all, she recruited a brilliant team. She loves her girlie holidays and classes down the gym, although the stairs up to her office are a work out in themselves!

Paul is the numbers man who keeps us on track with budgets. He spends his spare time watching sports and coaching the local football team.

Tallulah is always on her feet, working across TCN workspaces, from events to social media, there's nothing she can't do. She's an artist at heart, with a love for sculptural ceramics.

Michael is a busy man and knows everything there is to know about our finance systems. He controls the company credit card funds, so we keep on his good side. With two teenagers at home, Michael is often at the theatre, and never misses the chance to go to The Hard Rock Café.

Sue is queen of the invoices and gets through transactions like a pro. We all look forward to seeing her smiling face when she comes in on a Wednesday. In her spare time she loves to go for long walks where she can listen to the birds.

Gemma is the lady in the know when it comes to H&S and no one can beat her for writing policies. She is a keen dancer and loves a trip to the theatre. We love when she brings her little pup Buster in to play!

Kirsty is House Manager at our HQ, Dog House, in Reading, where she can be found running up and down the stairs, with anything from a bunch of bananas to a screwdriver in hand. She loves a pub quiz and attempts to go swimming most mornings.

Beccy is a busy bee, with leases a plenty amongst other things, as part of the Property Admin team. She loves gardening whilst listening to David Bowie, with a break here and there for a well deserved BBQ.

Shannon is our super organised Property Administrator, she also puts together all the instructions sheets for our internal systems so the rest have a go to guide. She is currently on maternity leave after having baby number 2, but still looks like she's just stepped out of a salon.

Karen is the driving force behind Membership for The Curious Network and taking care of our creative community. She can also be found sharing hair tips on Instagram and with over 87,000 followers!

Sarita is the dedicated Campus Manager at Assay Studios, in Birmingham. She is known for going above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to her colleagues and members. She spends her spare time running around after her two young children, who most definitely keep her on her toes!

Claire has double trouble with two buildings at Temple Campus, in Bristol. She can usually be found in the shipping container that works as her funky office. She is a big rugby fan and has been known to do an 8 hour round trip just to see a band play!

Simon is Temple Campuses resident Bob the Builder and TCN’s longest serving team member. Not only is he a genius at fixing things, but has a rocking band. We are sure he is actually a Viking!

Mel is our lovely London Campus Manager and keeps Piano House, in Brixton, running like a well-oiled machine. She loves her holidays abroad, and the shopping to get ready for the trip!

Ray has all hands on deck, in Bath, with military precision, following on from his days in the Queen’s Guard. There is nothing he can’t turn his hand to from installing new wi-fi systems, to making furniture out of old pews. He loves to go walking and camping in his spare time.

Tracie is the warmest of welcomes at Fuel Studios, in Norwich. When she’s not running round like a busy bee, she can be found making a fuss of all the pup members. She is always on her toes and loves to go out socialising with her friends and family.

Donna is taking over the reins from Karen as Campus Manager at Newark Works. Her background is not the norm, racing head first down a Bobsleigh track and competing for Great Britain was for 10+yrs. She loves a challenge so no task is too small, she'll try her hand at most.

Jude is your first port of call when you enter Fuel Studios. Assisting you with any of your front of house needs. She loves to keep fit and exercise with her pup when off the clock.

Rachel works across both our Bristol workspaces, with a background in the music industry, Rachel enjoys reading, drawing and can be found spending her weekends walking in nature.

Cressida joined TCN an Advisor to Board in 2022, having watched TCN grow since its inception. As her main day job (!), Cress is CFO of Redweel, a €20bn global investment management business. Her career responsibilities have been broad but Finance has always been at the heart of it & a calculator is never very far from hand! She’s a wife, and mum of 3 active boys. She loves escaping to the mountains, skis in hand, with friends or family when time allows & is amid a major home renovation! Cress is quite literally one of a kind.
