Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, you’ll be involved in understanding our clients and their objectives, building campaigns and optimising them within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll also be responsible for biddable campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and TikTok. Additionally, you'll have experience with Programmatic DSPs. As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for campaign delivery, analysis and reporting back to the client. Ideally, you'll feel as comfortable leading paid media strategy to promote client growth as you will be setting up Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display and Video campaigns, as well as paid social media campaigns.

As a Paid Media Manager at Pull The Pin you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid media strategies to drive client success. This position involves managing and optimising Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms to maximise ROI and achieve client objectives.

You’ll lead corporate communications for the region, partnering with PR and Communications teams across EMEA and globally. The work is varied and fast-paced: crafting impactful speeches, op-eds and presentations, managing our presence at key events, driving business and trade PR, strengthening corporate partnerships, and guiding incident responses. You will also support and advise our leadership on internal messaging and communications. No two weeks are the same, and everything you do will have a tangible impact on the business and its reputation.

We are excited to share an opportunity to join our people team as a Regional People Partner for our academies in our East of England region. This role is a remote working role, which primarily supports schools based in the East of England, this brings the requirement that you live within easy travel distance of these schools based in Norwich, Ipswich and across Eastern coastal regions.
