The bold and irreverent approach targeted squarely at the media and creative industries, resulted in a full let building of 700 occupiers within 11 months. Quite an achievement for a little UGLI duckling.

Focussing on the repositioning of the existing space rather than starting from scratch allowed TCN to maintain competitive terms offered to occupiers. An investment of £500,000 provided more than just a fresh lick of paint; allowing the creation of a fun, fresh, dynamic environment that sat uniquely within its iconic ‘ugly’ framework.

The result is an environment that is not only cost effective, flexible and inspiring for these businesses, it’s also a platform where each one can benefit from being part of the growing cluster.

The building continues to run at 100% capacity at all times. This is thanks in part to the vibrant community environment that continues to foster through a series of target-friendly initiatives such as networking events, ‘Boozey Thursdays’ once a month for occupier mingling, filming and photo shoots on site, and a diverse range of speaker events.
