Sharing an office space in Bristol's iconic Temple 1852 building since 2019, meet individual freelancers and long term friends, AD, Jay and Tom.
Friends from way back, AD and Jay met at school in Bristol and became friends with Tom through a university friend many years ago. When they're not playing table tennis on campus or going for a lunchtime run together, you'll find them frequenting local legends Hart's Bakery (which they can see from their office window) and the bi-weekly street food markets behind Temple Meads train station, always accompanied by their favourite bottle of hot sauce.
Having worked together on projects both as designers and developers for various companies and charities, here's a little more about what they do as individuals, in and out of work.
I'm a freelance designer who creates thoughtful identities & bespoke websites for imaginative clients.
If you need a new brand, or your current one isn't up to scratch, I can create a strong visual identity that will present your organisation as unique and position you where you need to be.
I can also create a unique website with purpose that will help push your business forward.
I created the branding & website for fellow TCN member's The Nest. I also grow heritage tomatoes every year and play padel three times a week. Fancy a game?
I am a freelance WordPress web developer making websites with a focus on sustainability.
My skillset includes WordPress, front-end web development, web design, SEO, & ecommerce.
I design and build SEO-friendly, responsive WordPress websites for clients including charities & businesses - from Avon Needs Trees to Chris Packham and many more. I have a partnership with Trees for Life and Ecologi to help reduce my environmental impact.
In my spare time I love getting outside - camping, hiking, playing golf, and going to gigs and music festivals.
I am a creative web developer specialising in Front-end and WordPress with 15 years experience.
I’ve worked with all the major WordPress plugins from eCommerce to eLearning, internalisation to membership sites. I pair this technical knowledge with rock-solid fundamentals, industry best practices, and crucially the ability to do designs justice.
Alongside the fundamentals, I love animation, 3D, mapping APIs, interactivity and fun front-end stuff.
I work with agencies, charities and individuals alike and help them turn creative ideas into workable and actionable websites and products.
Outside of work I am making an old school indie video game called Tangermarine where you control a tangerine soldier facing waves of undead vegetables.
