Richard Pearce MRICS
Why TCN?

“I love the opportunity to think differently, create exciting places and see them come to life”

I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997 and have been responsible for over £500 million of transactions whilst employed by DTZ, Shaftesbury PLC, Capital & Counties and Europa Capita. Developing the Carnaby Estate in Central London whilst at Shaftesbury PLC introduced me to creative regeneration. In my “spare” time I’m also a member of the Academy of Urbanism and regular speaker on panels including Legacy Now (Olympic Legacy Panel), Creative London and GVA’s Core City Research.

My Random Fact

“I’m qualified to drive small ferries”
