Not every great business wants or needs to be in London and TCN recognised Norwich’s fantastic quality of life alongside the burgeoning tech and creative sector. Pottergate is not a traditional office location, but of course TCN doesn’t do traditional offices, so it was a match made in heaven. For the occasions when London does call, improvements in the train services will soon mean a travel time of 90 minutes.


We are gradually turning Kiln House from an ugly duckling into contemporary work space with shared areas, break out zones and a range of inspiring office units to house companies in spaces from 400 – 10,000 sq ft.


When we took on Kiln House in 2016 only 50% of the space was let, but with Fuel Studios recently launched on the 6th floor, we are already seeing a wide range of small and medium companies come through the door. As the cluster grows, we look forward to welcoming more great companies into the building and continuing the transformation of the building to suit the next generation of business.
